Postage (UK)
Standard postage and packing is £3.95 per order. However wherever possible, we charge a lower rate of £2.45. We do need to charge a supplement for some heavier/bulkier items and where a supplement applies, it is noted in the description of the product. Delivery will normally be within 3-5 working days. Items that are out of stock will take longer but we will advice you of any delays. Standard delivery is by second class Royal Mail, parcel post or courier (in which case a signature will be required).
Overseas Orders
We are currently unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK...
Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days (subject to item availability). For items not currently in stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. You will be notified if for any reason we are unable to supply the required product.
Our deliveries are dispatched through Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any other courier company we instruct from time to time. We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been despatched. Any orders refused on delivery or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.
Returns
If you are not happy with any of our products, please email us at sales@ecoproductsuk.co.uk. It would be helpful if you could please quote your name, contact details and order number. Please give full details of the problem and depending on the nature of the problem, we may either arrange for a replacement or give a refund. Products need to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Postage needs to be paid by you on any returns. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
We want you to be happy with anything that you purchase from us so please tell us about any problems and we will do our best to put things right.
